Robinson Helicopter Company was founded in 1973 by Frank Robinson with a vision to build affordable, reliable helicopters that would open up rotorcraft aviation to a broader market.
Starting with the revolutionary R22, Robinson quickly became the world's leading manufacturer of civil helicopters. The company expanded its lineup with the R44, which became the best-selling civil helicopter worldwide, followed by the turbine-powered R66.
Today, with the introduction of the R88, Robinson continues to push the boundaries of helicopter design, offering aircraft that combine exceptional performance with industry-leading reliability and the lowest operating costs in their class.
